You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbett account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phbett immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. phbett will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
phbett may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time at phbett's discretion. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
All deposits to your phbett account must be made using payment methods accepted by phbett, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. phbett does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
phbett only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. phbett reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
phbett reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phbett and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
phbett's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbett account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phbett does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phbett is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device.
phbett collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phbett Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phbett may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by law or where phbett reasonably believes such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of phbett, its players, or the public.

You may close your phbett account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
